They give you these letters, DEFFSSUU, and you gotta make words outta them. Sounds easy, right? Ha! Not for this old lady.

- But then there’s harder ones, words I ain’t even heard of before. My grandkids, they just whiz through it, but I’m sittin’ there squintin’ at the screen, feelin’ like a fool.
Now, they tell me there’s these “hints” you can use if you get stuck. You gotta pay for ’em, though, with these “coins.” You get coins by playin’ every day, or you can buy ’em, which sounds like a waste of money to me. But hey, if you’re really stuck, I guess it’s better than throwin’ your phone across the room, right?

Kids all over the world are playin’ it, I betcha. It’s free to play, but then they try to get you with all these in-app purchases, like gettin’ rid of the ads or buyin’ more levels. Always tryin’ to get your money, these young folks.
Word Cookies Vanilla Level 14, it’s supposed to be kinda hard, they say. “Relatively hard,” that’s what I read somewhere. Well, I believe it. All them letters lookin’ the same, it’s enough to make your head spin. But I guess that’s the challenge, right? To keep your brain workin’, keep you from gettin’ bored.

Now, some folks say this game is good for your brain. Keeps your mind sharp, helps you remember things. Maybe that’s true. I don’t know, I still forget where I put my glasses half the time. But if it keeps the young ones entertained and out of trouble, I guess it ain’t so bad.
This whole Word Cookies thing, it’s a mystery to me. But if it makes people happy, well, more power to ‘em. Me? I’ll stick to my crossword puzzles. At least those words stay in straight lines.
